Le Pescadeux

The owners of this restaurant, who hail from Quebec and France, celebrate the influence of French-Canadian cooking on communities from the Maritime to New Orleans. They serve local East Coast seafood, and their most popular dishes include the roasted calamari, and soft-shell crab. Brazilian Chef Adriano Ricco, who has been in New York City for the last six years, learned to cook at an early age having grown up in a food-loving Italian family.
